I can't find an appointment to suit me
All our counsellors input the hours they are available in advance to make sure there are always plenty of slots. If you are struggling to find one then please get in touch and we will do our best to find a slot that is convenient
Is it safe to book online?
Yes, our online payment portal is safe and secure, using a reliable merchant. Our site is protected by McAfee security and our online portal is PCI Level 1 certified, for more information you can click here.
I can't attend my appointment
We understand that occasionally you might need to alter an appointment. If you have booked online you can log in and view your upcoming slots, should you need to find an alternative time, please use the online booking system to find a new slot and book it as normal. On the 'special instructions' page please make it clear that you want to swap an appointment and we can cancel the previous one and you will not be charged twice providing you give us 24 hours notice.
I need to cancel my appointment
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment this can be done by logging in via the book now page and viewing your upcoming slots. Once you have cancelled the appointment and have decided you do not wish to reschedule then please get in touch to arrange a refund, providing you have given us 24 hours notice. Unfortunately we cannot refund appointments cancelled at less than 24 hours notice or which you do not attend without cancelling - this is so that we can keep our counsellors available to see other clients.
I need a last minute appointment
Our online booking system can be used to book appointments more than 24 hours in advance, should you need to book on with less notice than this then please contact us because occasionally if slots are not booked then counsellors will make other appointments.
I want to book a number of appointments
Please get in touch if you want to book a number of appointments and we can set this up. Alternatively you can book online still but you will need to complete the booking/payment process for each appointment.
