Online video counselling only
Kertrina is not based in Peterborough, and only offers online counselling.
Hi, I'm Kertrina and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic counsellor who has worked with both individuals and couples, I became a counsellor following a 14-year career in psychiatric healthcare.
For many years my interest has been in how our past affects us in the present and within relationships. Life experiences can leave us with a mixture of emotions and challenges. We may feel many things surrounding us, this could be relationship breakdown, family tension, child behavioural difficulties, childhood abuse, lifestyle changes or many others and this can make it difficult to know where to start.
I use an Integrative approach which means your counselling is as individual as you and your needs. I aim to offer a safe supportive space where you will comfortable to explore whatever difficulty you choose to bring. I will not judge or direct you but will help you to find your own insight that can enable you to take steps towards resolution.
I am really excited to be offering secure online video counselling to help you access my services from wherever you are without having to travel, using a platform called Thera-Link similar to Skype. Please get in touch if you'd like to know more.
Counselling in Peterborough
Hi, my name is Helen. I am a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and additionally hold a Level 7 Post Graduate Certificate in Systemic Practice. I offer a safe space for people to explore their feelings and gain a better understanding and awareness of themselves and their relationships. We all live in ‘systems’ such as families, work environments and our communities. I work respectfully and effectively with people in ways that consider their important relationships, across generations, and the different systems and contexts in which they live.
This approach can help people in a close relationship to help each other. It enables couples and others who care about each other to express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions safely, to understand each other’s experiences and views, appreciate each other’s needs, build on strengths and make useful changes in their relationships and their lives.
